Bootcamp Challenge

Ages: Everyone Welcome

Times: Mondays from 7:00pm- 8:00pm/ Thursdays 7:00pm- 8:00pm
Information:
Bootcamp is a full body workout for any age group and fitness level.
It will start with a warm-up for 10 mins then flow into
strength training and core work for 50 min.
Followed by stretching and cool down for the
remainder of the class.
Options will be given for the beginners for the intermediate exercises
so all participants can exercise to their full potential.
The goal is for all participants to get a good, challanging
workout in with optimal carlorie burning and increased strength
and muscel tone.
